Microscopically , extrahepatic biliary atresia leads to this aearance in the liver , with numerous brown-green bile plugs , bile duct proliferation ( seen at lower center ) , and exteive fibrosis .

镜下见，肝外胆道闭锁导致肝脏大量黄绿色胆栓、假胆管增生（见于下面的中央）、广泛纤维化。

According to the scope of involving pathological changes , they are classified : diffuse type : when the disease involves intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct , the duct wall incrassation and duct cavity appear , resembling withered arborization .

按照病变累及的范围分类漫溢型：病变累及肝表里胆管，管壁增厚，管腔缩窄，呈枯树梢状。
