The effective rate was 88 % and side-effect rate 2.7 % including two cases of skin rash and one case of GPT abnormal , The study in vivo showed that cefmetazon was sensitive to most of respiratory tract infection bacteria .

单独给予先锋美他醇治疗，平均疗程8.7天，总有效率88%，副作用包括皮疹2例、转氨酶升高1例，发生率2.7%。体外抑菌活性表明。
