Epoxidized soybean oil with high epoxy value ( HESO ), prepared by epoxidation of natural soybean oil , is a kind of environmental protection PVC plasticizer . HESO is superior to existing ordinary epoxidized soybean oil ( ESO ) in performance , and can replace phthalate esters plasticizer.In this paper , through screening and optimization of HESO preparation process , the optimum process of two-step method was determined , and the effects of reaction time , reaction temperature , formic acid dosage , hydrogen peroxide dosage on the preparation of HESO were investigated .

高环氧值环氧大豆油（HESO）是由天然大豆油经环氧化制备而成的环保型PVC增塑剂，其性能优于现有的普通型环氧大豆油（ESO），可取代邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。本文通过对HESO制备工艺的筛选和优化，确定了两步法的最佳工艺，探讨了反应时间、反应温度、甲酸用量、双氧水用量等对HESO制备的影响。
