Diagnostic significance of anicteric biliary tract dilatation in periampullary carcinoma ( 16 cases report )

无黄疸期胆道扩张在壶腹周围癌中的诊断意义（附16例报告）

Objective To study significance of anicteric biliary tract dilatation in early diagnosis and treatment of patients with periampullary carcinoma .

目的探讨无黄疸期胆道扩张病人在壶腹周围癌的早期诊断，治疗方面的意义。

After the normalization of their liver function test , the amount of HA were also decreased from high level to normal limit , 38 / 42 in acute icteric hepatitis , 34 / 36 in acute anicteric hepatitis , 32 / 41 in chronic persistent hepatitis , but 2 / 38 in active chronic hepatitis , and 1 / 45 in hepatic cirrhosis respectively .

在肝功能恢复正常后，急性黄疸性肝炎、急性无黄疸性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎分别有38/42、34/36、32/41其血清HA含量下降到正常。

Hepatitis A had a significantly higher rate of clinical acute icteric hepatitis than hepatitis B or C ( P < 0 01 ) while the rate of acute anicteric hepatitis was highest among patients infected by HCV ( P < 0 01 ) .

临床急性黄疸型肝炎比例A型显著高于B或C型，而无黄疸型在HCV感染者比例最高（P＜001）。
