Methods : HPLC was designed to study the change of content of aminomethylbenzoic acid and etamsylate , and oxidation-reduction titration was used to determine the content of vitamin C after compatibility .

方法：配伍后采用高效液相色谱法测定氨甲苯酸和酚磺乙胺的含量变化，以氧化还原法测定维生素C的含量变化同时观察配伍溶液的外观及pH值变化。

Objective : To study on the compatible stability of aminomethylbenzoic acid , etamsylate and vitamin C in injection NS , 5 % GS and 5 % GNS .
