Methods Thiry patients with different types of acetabular fractures were given open reduction under general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia . In 9 cases , anterior columns were fixed with plate first , then fixed posterior columns with long lag screws , 2 cases of them were fixed with lag screws , 5 cases were fixed with absorptive screws , all the others fixed with reconstructive plates .

方法对30例由不同原因引起的不同类型髋臼骨折，在硬膜外麻醉或全麻下行手术切开复位，9例先用钢板固定前柱，再以长拉力螺钉固定后柱，2例单纯用加压螺钉固定，5例用高分子可吸收螺钉固定，其余全部采用髋臼钢板的内固定。
